SIZE OF JETTY Main jetty: 165 m x 25.25 m

Approach: 57 m x 9 m - 2 nos.

STRUCTURAL DETAILS

(a) Foundation 1000mm dia bore piles: 187 nos.

Depth of Pile : 36 m.

(b) Substructure Fender block: 29 nos.

( c) Superstructure Deck structure was provided with Precast

& cast in situ beams 20cm thick R.C.C.

Slab with 75mm thick wearing coat.

SPECIAL FEATURES Jetty work is completed in 8m Tidal

variation and 3 knot current.
